We just have an amazing time at antica birreria viennese. The service was incredible. The place where I received the best service in Rome. Super close to the Scalinata di Piazza di Spagna.

We went there twice. The staff is great and they take care about their customers. First time we had mussels as starter and the shrimps and pasta with seafood. The pasta was great, but unfortunately the shrimps haven’t been cleaned very well. 5 pieces for 22 Euro and the not cleaned, is not ok. Second time we had pizza. Dough was good, but in total the pizza tasted a little bit boring. Would have expected more taste.

Expected a bit of a tourist trap, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious, colorful and full of flavor! Presentation was also lovely. Waitstaff seemed like they were distracted and kind of all over, leaving several tables waiting on assistance. We would absolutely return though! Several men came by with accordion music, which was a very nice touch to the evenings atmosphere. Good prices, large portions

Nice pizzeria near the spanish steps. We had pizze and pasta which were really tasty. The prices were ok and they also did NOT charge us for the “coperto”.Our waiter was very friendly, confident and helpful and the service was fast despite that it was 2 in the afternoon. It’s worth the visit! Ps 1. there are tables inside and out side, but sadly we sat inside bc out it was full. The lightning was a little dark.. i recommend sitting out side near the little road 2. I recommend ordering the ravioli with pesto

Came here for lunch, and then came back a few days later for dinner because we enjoyed it so much. Both the outdoor patio and the inside of the restaurant have an incredible ambiance. Still dreaming of this perfect mushroom calzone - thank you!

The best restaurant ever. I’ve spent here almost every evening from our trips, in April and the one now in October. Every time I was welcomed with so much warmth. Back then in April, I didn’t know how special this place would become to me. The first day was absolutely shocking for me, because of how kind they’ve welcomed us. But every day that we kept coming to their restaurant, they’ve greeted with even more kindness. But this time, it was even better. When me and my family went at @antica_birreria_viennese for my birthday, seven months later, I was surprised to see that they recognized us. They even made me the biggest surprise, preparing a slice of cake with candles for me to blow a wish and started singing. It was an absolute delight. Even though we are not Italians, they’ve treated us like we were, making us feeling like we were l’art of a family. They are open with everybody, always willing to help and to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They are joyful, they will make you smile and always be at your service. For this reasons I know that the next time I’ll visit Roma, I will eat at the place that has the best food served and cooked by friends and where from now on I will feel like home. So, I encourage you to visit Roma and look no further for the best culinary experience that you can find on Via della Croce 21 near the Spanish stairs. This way, you can benefit from both a cultural and a culinary experience. Best pasta with lobster and pizza I have ever eaten and much more that you can try.
